CM Pushkar Singh Dhami Delhi Visit: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को नई दिल्ली में केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जेपी नड्डा से शिष्टाचार भेंट की। मुख्यमंत्री ने केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री से उत्तराखण्ड में एम्स ऋषिकेश से संचालित एयर एम्बुलेंस सेवा के विस्तार के साथ ही राज्य के पहाड़ी और दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में आपातकालीन सेवाओं के लिए एक अतिरिक्त हेलीकॉप्टर उपलब्ध कराए जाने का अनुरोध किया।

मुख्यमंत्री ने केंद्रीय मंत्री से आयुष्मान भारत योजना के तहत प्रति एसईसीसी परिवार केंद्रीय योगदान को ₹ 1,052 से बढ़ाकर ₹ 1,500 करने का आग्रह करने के साथ ही चार धाम यात्रा में एम्स के विशेषज्ञों के योगदान और स्नातकोत्तर डॉक्टरों के रेजिडेंसी (DRP) में यात्रा ड्यूटी सम्मिलित करने के लिए आभार व्यक्त किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में दो नए मेडिकल कॉलेज का निर्माण कार्य युद्धस्तर पर चल रहा है। इसी क्रम में जगजीवन राम मेडिकल कॉलेज, पिथौरागढ़ और पं. राम सुमेर शुक्ल मेडिकल कॉलेज, रुद्रपुर, शैक्षणिक वर्ष 2026-27 से शिक्षण कार्य प्रारंभ करने के लिए नेशनल मेडिकल कमीशन/भारत सरकार के पास आवेदन करेंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने इन दोनों मेडिकल कॉलेज के संचालन के लिए आवश्यक मंजूरी प्रदान करने के साथ ही टीएचडीसी (THDC) के सहयोग से निर्माणाधीन टिहरी मेडिकल कॉलेज की भी आवश्यक अनुमतियां शीघ्र प्रदान करने का अनुरोध किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने श्रीनगर मेडिकल कॉलेज में अत्याधुनिक ट्रॉमा सेंटर की स्थापना और उसके सुचारु संचालन के लिए भारत सरकार से तत्काल सहायता का विनम्र अनुरोध है।
उन्होने कहा कि यह पहल न केवल स्थानीय आबादी के लिए महत्वपूर्ण है, बल्कि चार धाम यात्रा मागों और आसपास के पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों से गुजरने वाले तीर्थयात्रियों और पर्यटकों के लिए भी जीवन रक्षक साबित होगी।
केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा ने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी को हर सम्भव सहयोग के प्रति आश्वस्त किया।

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami met with Union Health & Family Welfare Minister Shri J.P. Nadda for a courtesy visit to discuss significant enhancements to the state’s emergency healthcare services and ongoing medical education projects.
During the meeting, Chief Minister Dhami requested an expansion of the AIIMS Rishikesh-operated air ambulance service, along with the provision of an additional helicopter dedicated to emergency operations in Uttarakhand’s difficult and remote mountainous regions. He also urged the Centre to increase the per-family central contribution under the Ayushman Bharat scheme from ₹1,052 to ₹1,500 for SECC beneficiaries and expressed gratitude for AIIMS specialists’ participation in the Char Dham Yatra, suggesting that travel duty be included in travel residencies for postgraduate medical residents.
Chief Minister Dhami further highlighted the rapid construction of two new medical colleges – Jagjivan Ram Medical College in Pithoragarh and Pandit Ram Sumer Shukla Medical College in Rudrapur and requested the Union to approve their academic launch for the 2026–27 academic session. He also sought expedited permissions for the Tehri Medical College, being developed in collaboration with THDC. Additionally, he appealed for immediate central assistance to establish a modern trauma centre at Srinagar Medical College, emphasizing its vital role in serving local communities, pilgrims of the Char Dham Yatra, and tourists in the surrounding Himalayan area.
Union Minister J.P. Nadda assured Chief Minister Dhami of the Union Government’s full cooperation in all requested initiatives. This meeting underscores the collaborative efforts between the Centre and Uttarakhand to strengthen health infrastructure, enhance emergency care in remote and pilgrimage-heavy zones, and support the state’s ongoing medical education expansion.
